Like many modern women, you’ve lost the connection with your body. You’re no longer in touch with your intuition or the deep inner knowing of what is true for you. You’ve stopped listening to the wisdom inside.

Choose One:

1.     You know the exact moment you stopped trusting yourself. There’s a specific snapshot in time; burned into your mind. In that moment, you handed over your power to someone or something outside of yourself. It was the only way you knew to survive… Make this choice.

2.     It was gradual. The chipping away at your self-trust was so sneaky you didn’t even realize it was happening. Until one day; you did. You looked in the mirror and didn’t even recognize how you got here… Make this choice.

Regardless, this is where you are now.

Lost.

It’s really tempting to find a quick fix. You want someone to tell you exactly how to heal. You’re longing for an “expert” to give you some simple steps and advice. You want the map they used.

Choose One: 

1.     You keep doing what you’re doing. Trusting the “experts” outside of you. Believing you can find the guru with all the answers. Deepening the void between you and your own healing. Each moment of self-abandonment pushing you further and further away from your own map… Make this choice.

2.     You start cultivating curiosity in your own life. You learn the language of your body. You go inside and start to listen. Deeply listen. Then you start to honor what you hear from her. You realize that your journey isn’t going to look like anyone else’s. You accept that this map isn’t going to be linear. There are going to be many detours and rivers to cross… Make this choice.

Ah, Acceptance.

You realize you’ll be creating your own map. While it’s still a bit scary, you’re feeling energized and motivated to do all the things. You dive in. You read all the books. Listen to all the podcasts. Diagnose yourself via TikTok. Make a vision board. You start therapy. You begin body work. And acupuncture. Past Life Regression. Meditation. Reiki. Tarot. Breathwork. Yoni eggs. Yoga retreats. Coaching programs guaranteeing success. Breathing through your ears upside down while counting backwards from 500. Anything that might help. You do it.

 Choose One:

1.     Fuck yeah! You did it! You healed yourself! Congratulations! Advance to living the life of your dreams! Make this choice.

2.     Well shit. You’re overwhelmed AF. Trying to understand how your relationship with your mom is somehow connected to the struggles with your sexuality. WTF? You’re wondering how there could be so… many… layers... How is that possible? Didn’t you heal that already? And now, your nervous system is shutting down. The freeze response kicking in. Where is all that momentum you felt earlier? Make this choice.

You have the right map, compass, gear, and enough water. And yet, you’re still Stuck.

Well fuck. You’re still lost at how to bring it all together. How to make sense of it all. And you’re questioning whether it’s even worth it to keep going.

 Choose One:

1.     You turn around. You backtrack to where you began. You rationalize that life wasn’t all that bad after all. You find someone else’s map to follow. That’s a fine life. And you tell yourself that you can be okay with “fine”… Make this choice.

2.     You realize you can’t do the rest of this trek alone. You give yourself lots of credit for getting this far. You thank all those younger versions of yourself that navigated through “lost” and “stuck”. You pause, drink some water, enjoy the views. Then you commit to finding the people to navigate the rest of this journey with…  Make this choice.

You realize you’re the expert on yourself and your life.

AND.

You don’t have to do it alone. There are people who’ve navigated similar terrain before. Or ones doing it now. People you can learn from. People you can lean on. People you can trust and who also encourage you to trust yourself. People who can help you integrate all the unique ways you’ve figured out how to heal. People who remind you when you forget, that you have the answers inside. People who lead you back to yourself.

You realize there’s healing in community + connection.

And then one day, you wake up and see…

You’re living the life that was meant to live in you all along.

You’ve bravely chosen your own adventure alongside your fellow community of adventurers.
