Identity Crisis: I’m not a therapist anymore…
It’s time for me to trust myself to take the next right step. Even when it’s scary and doesn’t make logical sense. This knowing (and subsequent decision) has been simultaneously terrifying and overwhelmingly obvious. That’s one way I know it’s right.
Speaking Your Truth
Give yourself permission to choose. Having choice is an important part of healing past wounds. And having choice over who you decide to share your story with can be incredibly empowering. Not everyone is deserving of hearing your story or capable of holding your pain.
