Somatic Experiencing Explained
Trauma is stored in both the mind and body. While talk therapy allows the mind space to heal, Somatic Experiencing addresses the stress and trauma that can get ‘stuck’ in the body.
Speaking Your Truth
Give yourself permission to choose. Having choice is an important part of healing past wounds. And having choice over who you decide to share your story with can be incredibly empowering. Not everyone is deserving of hearing your story or capable of holding your pain.
What is Trauma?
